@SalixCat I tried both Wi-Fi and mobile to try to get the two packs tumble soft and laundry nook. I keep on getting "where's the network" prompt and I can't purchase either pack. What should I do now? Please help me.

    I can't try to buy mine yet. Need 7 Sweet Treat tokens more to complete the 3000. I see you have already tried the solution suggested by @SimGuruMaaike

      @SalixCat yeah, I'm really trying. I'm convinced it's not on my end. It has to be on their end on the server. As I see on Reddit and Twitter feed I'm not the only one with this problem. If I cannot get it before the time is ended I'm going to put out a ticket. Please tell me if you get your packs. 😍

        @givememore86I had that too,i managed to get them eventually but the network prompt still came up. I think [possibly] i kept pressing the screen behind it and suddenly it worked.Not 100% sure though.
