Unable to Make Purchases – Payment Never Starts (iOS / App Store)

Hi everyone,

I’m having trouble with in-game purchases in The Sims Mobile. Whenever I try to buy a pack, I get this message:

“Please restart the game to continue the transaction.”

The issue is that the payment process never actually starts with the App Store — my payment method is not charged at all. It seems the game fails to even initiate the transaction.

Has anyone else experienced this issue and found a solution? Thanks in advance!
