@SalixCat yeah, I'm really trying. I'm convinced it's not on my end. It has to be on their end on the server. As I see on Reddit and Twitter feed I'm not the only one with this problem. If I cannot get it before the time is ended I'm going to put out a ticket. Please tell me if you get your packs. 😍

@givememore86I had that too,i managed to get them eventually but the network prompt still came up. I think [possibly] i kept pressing the screen behind it and suddenly it worked.Not 100% sure though.

    @charlycheez thank you, do I hit the where's the network prompt? Or do I just keep on pressing the other part of screen?

      It's actually translucent after I pressed where's the networked prompt and it became translucent. But this is where it ends. I can't get past where's the network prompt. I have wasted over 45 minutes trying to get this to work. This is what it looks like:

        @givememore86 I pressed the network prompt and then tapped the Tumble Soft window i think.
        I wish i had taken more notice but at the time i thought it was my problem only and it was my phone playing up.This was a couple of days ago.
        Sorry i can't be more helpful as it was a real pain.
