@charlycheez thank you, do I hit the where's the network prompt? Or do I just keep on pressing the other part of screen?

It's actually translucent after I pressed where's the networked prompt and it became translucent. But this is where it ends. I can't get past where's the network prompt. I have wasted over 45 minutes trying to get this to work. This is what it looks like:

    @givememore86 I pressed the network prompt and then tapped the Tumble Soft window i think.
    I wish i had taken more notice but at the time i thought it was my problem only and it was my phone playing up.This was a couple of days ago.
    Sorry i can't be more helpful as it was a real pain.

      @charlycheez thank you that's pretty helpful. I will try that. In the meantime I put in a ticket. The way I see it Monday is going to be the last day that I can redeem this pack. 🤞
