I just want to see if I can help someone, I was able to get the packs by doing this
1. went to the pack and pressed the 3000 offer, and I just waited.
2. I continued to wait until where's the network prompt popped up. I hit the prompt at least 20 times and then the offer became translucent, then I continued to hit the where's the network prompt 20 more times.
3 if nothing happens after the next 20 times of hitting what is the network I go to step 4.
4. Stop and then go to settings and hit force stop. Continue the process again by going into the game and starting with 20 presses of the where's network prompt. Somehow this got me into the system and I was able to purchase both packs doing this method. I was able to get both packs at 2 a.m. EST. in the morning.
***Make sure that you take a picture of both of the packs, your royal and regular tokens and put it in a ticket with EA just in case you don't make it in time. You will have proof that you actually have the tokens.****

Every STS that we do, I lose around 10 to 15 people each time. I used to have 49 active players. A lot of people don't play anymore since STS started. We all know what's going down with this event. We are not blind, we love this game, but they don't like what's going on so they stopped playing, we stop buying packs and be miserable. I want this game to be as great as it USED to be. We want fair events with predictable outcomes that everyone can achieve not just luck based. The only people loving this event are the hackers, the people who figured it out and are able to get the grand prize without losing too much simoleons and no simcash. But then you also have the other half of people like me who constantly lose, and spend a lot of simcash (if they are going for the grand prize). You feel like a failure, and then you get depressed. Games should make you feel happy and you should have fun. Unfortunately STS does not do it for the majority of people. Please stop doing STS and let's have fun again.😍
@givememore86Yes.....with my friendlist almost the same....i was a bit active now but i have to say it is really not like before. And it were old friends... old players from TSM start..some gave good bye parties
💖💖💖 and i mean new stuff is a good thing but nobody even asked us if we want the game now so much different from before...
I really wish there would be also some oldschool type of the events..but i told it thousand times....
