A Slice of Nice - Cannot complete quest #5 doesn’t let me move onto next quest

What do you expect to see? It just doesn’t complete the quest, it doesn’t give me the rewards or let me go onto quest #6

No matter how many or what kind of friendly chapters I complete it still will not let me complete quest # 5 for A Slice of Nice event
