ad shortage during treasure hunt events

Every time (100%)Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look in my game during a treasure hunt event. Play a dig event or a home clue hunt and try to shorten the time by watching ads. In the beginning days of the event, there will only be 1 to 2 ads available to watch per event/hunt, and in the closing days of the TH there will only be up to average 4 ads per event/hunt, none of which is enough to shorten the event in any considerable amount. What do you expect to see? Other players are reporting that they get ads in an almost unlimited amount so that they "blast" through the treasure hunt events in a short amount of time and win the prizes. I expect to see more ads, to significantly shorten the time of my events like other players. Connection Type WifiPlease select your region North AmericaCountry USA‌Other players are consistently reporting that part of their treasure hunt strategy is to watch nearly unlimited ads during the treasure hunt dig events and the home clue hunt to shorten the event time and thus increase their number of digs and searches over time. However, I am receiving a very limited number of ads during these events. At the beginning of a treasure hunt, I get 1-2 ads per event, towards the end of a treasure hunt I get 3-4 with a very rare 5, never more than that. It is never enough to have a serious impact on the event time. Therefore I am taking longer to do the digs and the hunts, and I am not able to finish the treasure hunt on time and win the prize. This is an annoying bug that has far reaching consequences, since it affects whether or not I can win the prizes or not, so affects my game to a large extent.

@rrriot_kittymeow   Hi, when the Treasure Hunt ads disappear do the  ad bubbles in home mailboxes and town locations disappear too?Sorry for the late reply.

@rrriot_kittymeow Hi, how are the ads working in your game in general?

I used to watch quite a lot of ads during TH events when it was introduced and there seemed to be “unlimited” amount of them. Maybe there is some limit but I think easily played through ads for 15-20 minutes, so maybe 15-20 ads twice a day.

I have noticed that sometimes the ad “connection” got lost and the action bubble for the ad wasn’t showing anymore but restarting the app helped with that. I’m calling it a connection since it seems to take around 30-60 seconds when you open the app that the ads are available in the mailbox for example.

The other issue with the TH event ads is that the action bubble for the item where the ad is won’t show up but when you tap the item it does give the action to watch the ad. So this can give an impression that there aren’t any ads available to watch.

I don't watch any ads besides the treasure hunt ads. I play another game which I consider my main game now, and I'm watching 25 ads per day on that so I really don't want more ads than necessary, so I don't watch the mailbox ads. When I was watching mailbox ads, I had to go to another part of town and back to get a new ad to show

Yes thank you, I know how to make the bubble reappear, it's reappearing without the option of an ad on it.

Also, when I wrote my OP, I had had an event that gave me 4 ads, they returned to 2 ads per site for the remainder of the hunt. So it wasn't actually increasing towards the end of the hunt like I thought.
