Age requirement in my game is wrong?

Question

My party chat hasn’t worked since my game started working again. Today I tried to use the earn sim cash from the Pay Wall. It’s telling me my age is set to young. I do not know how this happened. Can someone tell me how to change it? I went to EA and my age is correct there. Thank you for any help&nbsp;

Thank you, I have had nothing but issues getting hold of them. I fill out a ticket, they send an email, then I can’t reply to the email. So I go to the website and there is no way to reply there. I have iOS IPhone I had someone try on a computer and it didn’t have an option either. Thank you for the link. I will try again. Renee&nbsp;
