Any tips to get more stickers from fashion quest?

I know it says "go to parties and get noticed by other sims, its a great way to earn stickers and make friends" but I'm having trouble. Does anyone know what the best place to go is? One of my sims m...

I have 80 fashion gems now but I'm saving up to 100 gems. I hope i can get a fairy outfit with a pretty dress.
