Any tips to get more stickers from fashion quest?

I know it says "go to parties and get noticed by other sims, its a great way to earn stickers and make friends" but I'm having trouble. Does anyone know what the best place to go is? One of my sims m...

if you forget where it is in future @Phantomlover1717 has a pinned the most helpful thread called Threads You Don’t Want To Miss Out On which is always at the top on the first page, the fashion link is in there too. 

@BlueWizardRob Is right in the estimate, fairy is rare and normally it takes a few hundred gems before it starts to show.
