Anyone having black bases/skeletons/placeholders and then the game crashes?

Hello! Sadly I cannot provide any screenshots because upon logging in and getting rewards, the game crashes. It started at around 2 AM Beijing time, in which upon opening the game, I had my passive (female) Sims become black skeletons or the placeholder Sims (i.e., medium skin, blue hair, a sheer top, and a skirt). Normally this issue would be fixed by zooming in on the Sims, but as of now, I cannot get into my game since I had to receive login gifts upon waking up (normally they would appear at 3 AM Beijing time).

Anyone having a similar issue or is it just me?
