I have a Samsung Android phone, too! My quest is also not loading Baby Monitoring and stuck on Part 14 of 15. I'm so upset since I have worked days on this. EA support page also glitches and prevents me from seeking help on the Console option. It does not load Mobile or Phone. There is no way to get help from EA.&nbsp;
