baby stuck in roof level

hey, my baby glitched when i sent her home from another sims house and she somehow ended up in the roof level and can move around the whole yard on roof level. none of my sims can reach her and she can’t get down herself and i don't have access to 2nd stories yet

    @lexieloo22 Hi, is it the bassinet and the baby or a child sim? If it’s the bassinet you might try to click and move it in build buy mode. You could try to move the baby back to the other lot and then try to move them back to this lot.

    Please share any screenshot that might be useful to solve this issue for you.
