    @uj1kr8z5q3ie "party week" resets on Wednesdays. If you, for example, choose a new trait for your Sim on a Tuesday, you will have to host the birthday party the same day.

    I've tried that several times over the year. I've never been able to host a birthday party

    Tried again today. Changed trait. Birthday part states I must change trait.
