Sweet treat showdown glitches....again.

I'm having the same issue. I'm on my last box and it keeps giving me the balloons when I already have them, and not completing the main reward track. I tried closing the game and earning the box again and it just keeps doing it. 

Has anyone tried to get a case open. I tried under something else

I just had a chat with the EA help and they opened a case on it for me. I asked for a refund on the boost I bought for the event if the event is bugged and can't be completed. They told me their team will look into it, and in the meantime to make a post about the bug here on the forums (which I already did before contacting them). I showed them a link to my forum post about it, and they said they will look into the bug and they just have to wait to find out what can be done.  They said if the event ends and I don't get the rewards that I can contact them again about a possible refund.

I am up to 23 balloons.  I need one more reward to get the grand prize.   They need to fix this.  

Until now, the last piece has not been received.

I don't think anyone will get the final bonus. ><

Same for me too! I have 21 balloons at this point and not the last cash prize.

Even worse we wont get the simoleons once the event ends for all the cookies used trying to get the last prize box!!!!

I have the same problem. I am pissed.
