Yeah, that's the thing, if it's a Server-side/Game generated prompt then they should word it better, or have a disclaimer that it will send a friend request. Because as it is currently, it reads like spam from other players. I was just like, Who is this person and how can I get them to stop? Something like 'Here's a neighbor suggestion!'.
And, there really should be a way to turn those off if you want to.
So, on to the other half of my problem, why are Blocked players sims in my sims contacts/favorites list? If you block someone, they should sever the ties if any of your sims from theirs.
