I usually buy the packs in the game without any problems. But today, when I bought the pack it didn't add any content, I used to receive rewards from the eco workshop starter pack, but I received nothing

@0473856291Any chance you got what you bought in your game? If not, you should contact the EA advisors via in-game ticket with the proof of purchase.
