Bug - Treasure Hunt Challenge?

Hi. I have not been able to play the Treasure Hunt challenge for months now.  The notification pops up and tells me it’s ready to play etc but the actual game itself is not there at all. Please can someone advise? Do I have to contact EA Games directly? Thank you x
