Bug: Sim cannot access actions at home

One of my sims cannot access actions when clicking on objects, other sims or NPC's when she is at home. She can interact with lamps to turn them on and off and she can do actions that give her energy.

This bug has never happened before, but started a few days ago and hasn't stopped since. I play the game on two phones and the problem exists on them both.
