Issues: I can’t access my own the sims mobile

This issues has been a week in my device. I’m using 3 devices (2 android tab devices and 1 ios device) I can’t access my own game while my connection it perfectly fine. I’ve tried every step in EA help manual and It didn’t work. I’ve restart my device, restart my router Wifi, and I’ve re-install the app too. The result still same “CANNOT WORK” and this happened in everyday in every 03.00 pm - 10.00 pm and after that hours, I can be using my app and access it again like a normal but then, it happened again in time 03.00 pm until 10.00 pm. If you say it can be my connection internet, well my husband in that time still playing DOTA 2!!! it is 10000% not because my connection cuz if there is something wrong with connection my husband will be the one who be angry about it!

I’ve report in EA help chat and they said there is no problem in my ID player. I’m so hopeless now, I can’t enjoy playing this game, cuz I’ve spent my own money to bought sims cash to finish every task while they give a limited time, but in meanwhile I can’t even access my own game in time. It’s so frustrating! I need solutions guys please HELP ME!!!😭
