Bugged retirement?

Connection Type Please select your region Country Additional feedback ‌I did 4 retirements in Sims mobile, and i got 4 Djs Candy's Rhythm Charm, can i be bugged? help please, cant believe it, there are so much heirlooms (55 heirlooms, for sure i cant get lvl 3 heirlooms or lvl 2 heirlooms if i havent the first, but i bought 4 heirloom by tickets so i can get like 30 heirlooms).Help ☹️

Not really a bug but was looking for a place to post my retirement concern.

I believe that the "it's time for your Sim to retire" popup should come with a secondary "are you sure" request. While playing in a special event to complete the daily challenge, the "retire your sim" message popped up WHILE in the middle of the event. This was a problem because the "yes" button was exactly in the same spot as the pink action star was that being selected at the same time as the retirement popup. So, inadvertently, in the middle of the special event, the Sim was retired with no way to back out. EA support said that once a Sim is retired, it's retired!

This should be fixed.... Add a are you sure button after selecting yes, or don't pop up the retirement option at all, or don't pop up the retirement option IF the Sim is actually engaged in any type of event (Work, Hobby, Socialize, Special Event). Why would anyone want to retire IN THE MIDDLE OF DOING SOMETHING???

I know it's only a game and life goes on...except for your Sim who packs their bags and walks out on you. It's disappointing when that Sim was SOOO close to being done with their current objectives only to lose all that progress!

Hey, I dont have an answer but just wanted to say the same has been happening to me but with Izzy's shop. Literally exact same clothing duplicates.

Even the there is a percentage change that it can happen..it may also be a bug/glitch, especially if you are retiring or using the shop all in a row.
Lately the game has been glitching out.
With multiple issues, so I don't doubt it could've generated the same heirloom thinking its the same Sims retiring again, like dejuva.
Ex. Whenever I finish multiple hobbies events it thinks is the same Sim over and over when it shows the hobby. . .

My suggestion is close out the game every time before you retire a new sim.
Or even wait a day.

pfff 4 retirements... 4 lvl 1 Djs... its annoying... seems like a dejavu glitch like u said, maybe my game think he is the same sim all the time... pfff

and close the game isnt a solutions since i retire sims in different days/weeks closing tons of times the game between retirements ☹️

i wish ea support help me with this problem

Sounds like really bad luck, if you keep getting the same heirloom please let us know so we can add it to the bug list!

With the last two sims I've retired this week I haven't received ANY heirlooms. It says I'm suppose to get "Dr. Genius" which I've gotten the last three retirements. However nothing ends up in my storage.
