    I’m all pro for screenshotting everything in this game just in case. 👍 The headstart prize tickets collected during previous Sim Festival are mentioned in the Festival Pass purchase page.

    If you got 6000 tickets when buying the pass, you got the tickets you collected in the Llama bank. 

    (I was also first thinking based on the earlier Festival Pass that there are some additional tickets when you buy the pass (and the tier skips if Pluss pass) AND the tickets you saved in the Llama Bank.)

    Hoping to see some improvement how the Llama bank is presented in the game. 🤞

I don’t know why it’s so hard to understand. I’m not asking about what happens when you buy the pass. I’m talking about the extra tickets I earned BEFORE THE FESTIVAL. I wish I had images of what it said before I downloaded the updates, but I didn’t think it would be an issue. I tried saying that it reset me to 0 and I was only advanced based on my purchase of the festival pass. But whatever I’m just going to assume that if something glitches or I don’t receive content, it’s a lost cause when it comes to this game.

    I heard from a player sharing that when she bought the Festival Pass, she was taken to 15 tiers for Llama Bank, then another 15 something for saving …so she was much way ahead and reached more than 30 tiers. I just don’t know…I don’t find any clear post about this point. I reached EA help and they told me to keep playing and wait to see 🙃
