@1006499870723 Hi, sorry for late reply. Is your sim new or older sim which have traits already? The option to remove the sim should show up in the family portrait when you make your sim passive. Sometimes I don’t see it but it does appear when I first make the sim active and then passive again.
Please share any screenshots that might be helpful.
There’s also a possibility to remove a sim by making the household full: Fill your household (4 active sims and 8 NPCs) and then get a baby. It should prompt a message saying household is full and give option to choose sims to be removed from the household.
Hi, I followed your advice and filled up the house with Sims. I didn't get any notification to say the house is full and still can't remove the stuck Sim.
When I click on the bulldozer it says "Aubrie is busy" and won't do anything else.

Aubrey is the sim I want to remove. The sim is retired so shouldn't be busy doing anything. I click on it and nothing happens. It doesnt appear on the family portrait or in my generations.

@1006001968545 Do you have an active sim and a room with the family portrait on the same lot where Aubrey is? If not, place an active sim on the lot and the family portrait.
Try going through your all your sims in the family portrait and generations tab if Aubrey isn’t showing up in the portrait or generations:
Open the family portrait and click through your passive/retired sims. Just tap the sim character and exit the family portrait. Restart the app/ device and check if there’s change in Aubrey. They might be available to chat with another sim or leaving.
