Aubrey is the sim I want to remove. The sim is retired so shouldn't be busy doing anything. I click on it and nothing happens. It doesnt appear on the family portrait or in my generations.
@1006001968545 Do you have an active sim and a room with the family portrait on the same lot where Aubrey is? If not, place an active sim on the lot and the family portrait.
Try going through your all your sims in the family portrait and generations tab if Aubrey isn’t showing up in the portrait or generations:
Open the family portrait and click through your passive/retired sims. Just tap the sim character and exit the family portrait. Restart the app/ device and check if there’s change in Aubrey. They might be available to chat with another sim or leaving.

Ihave gone through the family portraits and generations but the stuck sim doesn't appear anywhere on there.
I had this before and it was fixed by EA, whereas this time they haven't helped. I don't know why.
