Can’t view houses from parties

 [Open] - Party guests appear on the far ends of the sidewalk is a known issue, a very old one.

What do you mean when you say that the party stops? Is it something like this [Open] - Very few sims visible at parties?

I just went to a random party in my old game, and will show you what happened only moments ago.
I went to a party, and as you can see my Sim was talking to someone, and I thought I might want to put in a friend request. So I go to View Home and the second picture is what I see when I get back from View Home a few moments later. The confetti you see at the edge of the screen is the edge of the balloon display signifying the party has ended. But it hasn’t, as the party balloon indicates. The party did not level up at this time, as the party numbers show. 
Often Sims then conglomerate at the edges of sidewalks, as in the first picture above, but whatever the configuration all Sims eventually file back into the house and the party starts all over again. I have talked in chat to friends and guests and they see none of this.

I hope you and the team are able to respond to the way I have tried to present this glitch in action. It would be good for the team to begin to realize that my game is so seriously glitched in spots that my ability to carry out basic actions is interfered with or simply non-existent.
Sims talking at once, excessive electrocuting prompts that become hard to avoid, (I counted 14 in 10 minutes of gameplay last night, and that with my full cooperation), NPCs failing to respawn, and what I am reporting here, that I cannot freely access my in Game Menus at parties without a full reversal of my progress. Again, I am unable to carry out basic in game actions that I need in order to play.
Perhaps EA Help and The Sims Mobile Team will respond soon. I look forward to it.👍

I will also ask for some advice. 

@CharlieDaisy12When you click the View Home, does it give you the loading screen? And then you just return to the party house, see party ending confetti&balloon animation but the party itself does not end? Are the party actions still doable after that and do you get the party rewards normally from this party?

I don't have this kind of issue in my game, only sometimes I cannot view some players houses and the game just tries to load but not getting anywhere from the loading screen. (And for some houses I know that they are really packed with stuff, so that might be the issue.)

The party guests standing at the sidewalk I can see happening in my own hosted parties but not other players parties. Is this the case for you too? The first pic is from your own party and the guests standing are from your party?

Sorry for lot of questions, just trying to understand what's happening. 🙂

It is encouraging to know that other players are experiencing the same issues I am, @SalixCat, and on a quick look I notice I have posted to some of the bug report threads at this link already, but will go through it in more depth to see it there’s anything more I can contribute to clarifying the problems. I have found that when a lot of players have the same issue the team are not only able to fix it, but in short order as well. In fact I posted to Twitter last night about a pretty scary NPC that has been in my game for the past 6 months along with all the non respawning elders and he has already been removed. This is ground breaking for my game. It’s been 6 months. And they did it in minutes. They really are amazing.

 EDIT: He has absolutely NOT been removed from my game. It is Darth Maul, a character in a costume we won a while back, who would be fine to see at a party, where he belongs, but not some soulless, computer owned, empty mask controlled by nobody, randomly skulking up and down the dark pathways of the Eco Retreat. He is SCARING me. No one is controlling this character and he doesn’t belong anywhere in the Sims storyline. Why has he been haunting my game for the past 8, not 6 months?? PLEASE, please remove this AI from my game. I will post a proper bug report.

This doesn’t seem to be the case with ancient elders not respawning and losing contacts, however. I believe there are fixes for these issues, we just need to keep them aware of it and it will be done. 
@Ilois4, you are right, the first picture is at my own party, where I cannot leave to check a game menu, go to an event, or even go offline without everyone ending up outside the house. The difference is at my parties my own Sims stay in the house while at others they are put outside with everybody else, sometimes in these clumps, sometimes singly. And then everyone goes back in. The party balloons only show up at times, but I don’t have any trouble with loading screens, I can go and quickly check out a house ok, but when I come back we are all outside, while the party continues inside the house. That’s what I mean when I say the party stops, we are all put outside and have to file in and restart conversations and activities. 

Yes, the party does continue and I get my rewards, it just can be a very painstaking process to complete. Of course I rarely go into my menus for this reason, and I have missed out on a lot of friends requests because of it. By the time I get home, if I don’t immediately remember to put in the request, the contact will most likely be gone by morning. 
Here is an error message related to party levelling I believe, that might mean something to the team, or it may not be related to this issue at all, but it may be of some benefit in general. Hope so.
