Can sims take a pregnancy test on sims mobile?
I think a good idea would be to add more things on sims mobile like sims 4. Two story houses, needs for your sims, and pregnancy tests.

You can do that on the Sims 4. Adding more stuff to the pregnancy and how we make babies and toddlers on the mobile version will actually annoy lot of the people that have been playing for a long time. Trust me there will be riots. You already have to wait 30 minutes of actual real time life in order to make a baby. People are still freaking out the stretched out toddlers, and that only happens when you talk to them, even though that they go back to the original self.
I have gone to some parties, and seen some women sims with what appears to be a pregnant belly. So you can simulate a pregnancy by using the CAS if that will make you feel better. I had some screenshots but had to update my phone. 😃

That is a really fun idea, I think they added something similar to The Sims Freeplay recently, I'm not up to date on that game so I might be wrong.
The game will develop more and more over time and who knows maybe these things get added. Thank you for your feedback :eahigh_file:
