Could you check if your friend has been added never the less?
- I am also seeing Error 400 on multiple random Sims. Since they are random I am not certain who to look for.
Well, it happens when you add someone to your contacts. So the Sim you're adding should be showing in the contacts/or not.
- The thing is I was not using to option to add to contacts. I was giving Stickers and using a conversation choice. Example: Using a friendly introduction.
There are multiple Sims on my contact list.
I am going to keep watch to see what causes the error. That would be awesome, please let us know if you find anything.
I've seen this too! It doesn't happen all the time right?
- I have seen it too but my suspicion is that it occurred when I didn't log into one of the social media accounts. Interestingly, I logged into all 4 accounts(game center/twitter/fb/googleplay) and never had it happen. When I switch to my ipad from the phone, 90% of my friends list is empty because I only logged into facebook. When I logged into twitter too, the rest of my friends appeared. Anyway, I suspect it happens when the game tries to add a player that uses an cloud account that you aren't using. I could be wrong.

Just so no one wonders what happened - I have merged a couple threads about the same error in one. Thanks for sharing information and try to help each other!
Even when you get this error (sorry if it gets repetitive!), Sims should still be adding to your relationships panel. Please, let me know if that's not the case so the team is aware.

-MaiI'm not positive but I get the 400 error when I try to add someone who is already on my Friends list even if they haven't accepted my friend request yet. Someone may be able to verify this for us. Hope it helps.
