Can't download The Sims Mobile on Motorola Moto Maxx

Hello! I own a Motorola Moto Maxx, Android 6.0.1. I tried to download The Sims Mobile, but it says on Google Play that my device isn't compatible. I can't understand why, can someone help me please? ...

Could you try to download the app one more time through your phone today?

If still not compatible, which country do you have set in your Google Play account?

    Still not available for me to download ☹️
    My Google Play account is set for Brazil!

    Do you have any other Google accounts in your device you could use to try to download the game? That would help us determine if this is something related to your account or the device itself.

    The game doesn't appear in Google Play when you search for it from your device, right?
