Can't Marry and move-in Venessa after update May 7th

OS Version Latest
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? None of my sims can get married unless it’s to each other. I have multiple romantic relationships past lvl 4 for each of them and the whole wedding setup but the option to propose is only available to the other sims in my household.
What do you expect to see? My app go back to the norm.

    @hiturtle93 Hi, I haven’t heard of this glitch before but what I suggest is that you delete and reinstall the app.
    It may also be because of reasons like:
    You already have a sims who has been proposed-e.g already having the wedding tasks to do.
    The relationship between sims aren’t the same, though the level is the lvl 4 the sims may only want to propose to your other sim because of maybe doing more ‘Romantic’ tasks together.
    Also try:
    Doing more romantic tasks with the sim who you want to marry, like standard hangouts. This may give the option to propose after.
    If this doesn’t work I’d suggest contacting ea again.

    @hiturtle93 Yes,I'm aware of this bug.Players aren't able to marry or propose other NPCs or sims of different players. Take a look in the "Can't marry Venessa" topic in the bug reports. This issue is aldready flagged for investigation by EA. please click the "me too" button there on the topic stated above
