How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Had my third sim in the Business Career and then moved her over to the Medical career. After leaving the game for a few hours I came back to find that the Medical centre was unlocked, she was wearing the Medical uniform but her job was still in the business career. I was unable to do any actions in either career as no stars appeared so had to wait till the shift completed itself. I was unable to then go to work at the medical centre, it is still unlocked but the career icon doesnt appear for any of my sims and to put her back in the business career its asking for me to pay over $2000 ! An additional issue im having with Careers are the 'Chapters'. Another sim of mine has completed the Culinary Career and finished level 10 although when I put her into her shift it has the "Next chaper available at level 10" in light grey but also says "Sim is already in this chapter". Anyway to solve these issues?

Additional feedback Iv'e unlocked home items from the Medical career which i still have and also unlocked items for the Medical Centre which still appear to be there ( the skeleton is one) Have tried all trouble shooting methods. I've been having so many issues with this game things need to start being fixed !!!
