Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In the party chat, if you scroll up to view old messages, the chat window skips back to the bottom every time a new message comes in
What do you expect to see? To be able to scroll to view older messages without having to race against another message being sent

Sometimes during parties, the chat window can be pretty active... If you miss any of the conversation, it can be very difficult to read the messages you missed if people are still chatting... You can scroll up on the window, but as soon as a new message comes through the window jumps back down to the new messages.
You can try to scroll back up again and try to find where you left off but it is often a race to try to get caught up before a new message comes through
