I was able to attend a few more parties successfully since my original message, but I’m currently locking up while attending a mutual contact’s Concert Party at 11:32 EST. It’s definitely not a “party full” problem—this party only has six attendees including myself.

EA StaffThanks all for the reports! Do you notice if this happens when the other lot is very large, for example all land unlocked and a lot of objects in the house?
@SimGuruMaaike The parties I've been to are at the item limit. Some have unlocked all the land, some have more than half unlocked.
