EA StaffSorry to hear your game freezes during parties! Can you give you me your player ID so I can take a closer look at this. This page explains how to find this id: https://help.ea.com/help/the-sims/the-sims-mobile/find-your-player-id-in-the-sims-mobile, it has 13 numbers.

Game freezes at studio party especially when trying actions that involve several Sims. I have to force close the app every time.
I have already tried every trouble shooting suggested by EA help. Nothing helps.
My devices are:
Samsung galaxy note tab S3 with Android 8
Samsung galaxy S7 Edge with Android 8

Hey all, we've just released a new update for the game (Patch notes are here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Game-Information/The-Sims-Mobile-June-20th-2018-Patch-Notes/td-p/6875137).
As you can see it involves a fix for a party crash, can you let us know how this freezing issue is now in your game?
Reporting it still freezes HOWEVER it only freezes on the second party, the first ran smoothly, but yeah I managed to only get one action in and then perma freezing as soon as I try an action, any action. I need to force close the app or it stays frozen on the screen.
Everything is updated on both my end and yours. I reported earlier on a different thread about the new additions so I definitely have your new updated game.

Thank you for that information! The second party, is that by any chance from a friend who you can ask to post their player id here on the forums? That info would help our investigation into this.
And can you post a screenshot of both houses?
I am still experiencing party freezing post patch. I get it at the parties of mutuals and strangers as well.
Freezing was gone for quite a few days... thought it was fixed. Now it's happening again....
