I'm having the same issue with my Vikram and the update hasn't fixed the issue. My player id is 1004594367014.

How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure what happened but my npc Vikram is broken. His face and neck are glitched and in create a dim he is female. He shows up as glitched and without clothes in play mode.
What do you expect to see? Vikram back as his normal Simmy self.
