[Closed] Specific Sims are glitching like Vikram

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I left my device with Studio party on and went to bed...by the time I woke up in the morning and opened the game....my Vikram Arora NPC sim corrupted. I tried to recover it by taking him to CAS..but his body has become female body.....and his neck and body are broken....I want my Vikram Arora back😭😭
