[Closed] Wedding quest missing step 15

Product: The Sims Mobile
Platform:Android Phone
List the specific devices you play with (e.g. iPhone 6s Plus, Samsung Galaxy S7) LG Stylo 3 and iPhone X
OS Version Android 7.0 and iOS 12
Player ID: (Find your Player ID in Sims Mobile: https://help.ea.com/help/the-sims/the-sims-mobile/find-your-player-id-in-the-sims-mobile ) 1003531339341
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not really sure, I looked online and the quest is supposed to have 15 steps, but on both my devices it only has 14 steps
What do you expect to see? A fix to my player ID to allow me to complete the wedding quest, or a gift of the Honeymoon suite unlocked in my inventory.

Additional feedback It’s very irritating to “complete” a quest and not get the reward for it.

Basically I’m on my second time of doing the quest, and I thought I was only missing the quest item because I didn’t have a double bed, but I do now, and expected to be able to finish this quest to completion, but it still says */14 steps instead of */15 like everyone else on the internet is saying it should to unlock the honeymoon suite.

    @vlamb1993 

    There's no step 15.

    It's very important to have an eye on the timer as you start step 14. The couple must be married and you have to collect the rewards, all within the 48 hours time limit.

    The quest will disappear from your quests tab as soon as you run out of time even if this couple is married. 

    A new proposal event will trigger the quest to restart and you will get a new chance to unlock the Honeymoon Suite.

    Where do people say it's 15 steps, I'm honestly not sure how many steps it should have. 

    Did you complete all 14 steps and it didn't unlock the set? Do you have some screenshots of what you're seeing?

    I have this problem too. The event was going fine, but after I clicked the pink check mark finishing my sim’s wedding to Bella Goth instead of seeing the last quest step as completed the entire quest is just gone.  The honeymoon suite is not unlocked.

    The wedding quest has 14 steps, could you tell me where you read that it has 15 steps? 

    It is also important that after you've finished the last step, to go into the quest tab and press 'collect' to collect all the rewards.

    I never had the option to collect it like I have with every other quest.  After the wedding the quest seemed to just disappear.

    I'm having the same issue. I've completed the wedding event, but the honeymoon suite didn't unlock.
