Contact list not working. Party list not working. Suggestion possible solution

I know it has been reported that the contact list is not working properly. I am guessing that the game can only handle so many contacts and the fact that contacts is not working properly. Allot of us have friends in the forum. Many of us have friend's list that are close to full at 50 or at 50

This is more of a suggestion but also a tech issue. I notice that allot of random sims pass my house that are not on my friend's list. I would rather see people on my friends list pass my house so I can hit them with stickers since I can't add all my friends to contact list and I can't have relationships with all my friends sims. For most of us that have a full or close to full friends list we are not going to be hitting random sims with stickers or adding more random friends. I could understand having allot of random sims pass a house if they don't have a full or close to full friends list.
