@cohan98star Have you tried the option Shop more necklaces?
@SalixCat what I'm thinking, is that since they changed the story chapters from 5 to 10 chapters they did not put the reward in at the right point. This is most likely the problem.
@givememore86 I don't have screenshots with all the story chapters from last year but we can see it's been changed. Do you have a screenshot with all chapters from 2018? I can't remember any relationship story with only 5 chapters.
Rewards last year included the necklace for both male and female Sims. I hope this will be fixed so all players who are completing the story now will also get the necklace for girls.

I've just completed level 6 of my spooky relationship story, and it said I'd unlocked a necklace, and a new face paint. however when I go into wardrobe, there are none of these new items?
any help would be great, has anyone else experienced this yet?
