Also have the same problem. The glitch wont activate if you are alone going in the tub but if you are with other sims, it activates automatically.
My device is Samsung Galaxy A5 (First Edition).

- Thanks @joriben, at least I know now that I can get some use out of the hot tub until the Bug gets fixed.
- I had the same problem today also. Managed to record it. I made a short gif though bc I was laughing my a** off while recording.
