Featured Store Item Removed Before Time Limit

Product: The Sims MobilePlatform:Android PhoneList the specific devices you play with (e.g. iPhone 6s Plus, Samsung Galaxy S7) Samsung Galaxy Note 9OS Version 10How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open Featured List in Store and see an item is no longer available despite having over a day left on the timer.What do you expect to see? I expect to see the item on the Featured List while there is still time left on the countdown.Connection Type WifiPlease select your region North AmericaCountry USA‌When going to purchase an item featured on the store I saw it had been removed before the time limit was up. In this case, the Money Tree was added to the Featured List. There was 1 day and 11 hours left on the sale, but without purchasing the item, it was removed from the store less than a half hour later.&nbsp;The screenshot provided shows the store page item with its countdown timer at 1 day and 11 hours remaining on 6/20/21. It also has the meta data from my phone screenshots folder showing the time it was taken.That item was removed from the Featured List by 10 am, only a half hour later. I've restarted the game and my phone. Is this a bug or does EA remove items on purpose before the time limit is up? Will this item return to the list before the originally set time runs out?

@ByniiBee Packs like the money tree,simolean cactus or eco workshop upgraden booster packs appear a lot frequently in the store. I think you should see the pack again in the store in mere 4 to 5 days.That's just a prediction tho,It might take a week too,but it will surely appear again,so don't worry!

@GhostFreeek Thank you for the information. Have you seen other items get prematurely removed from the store before their time limit ran out?

I did get the Simolean Cactus but hadn't seen the Money Tree in the last couple months I've been playing. I'll definitely be keep checking the store for it though! Thanks again for the advice!

@ByniiBee Do you check the exclamation mark or the store icon while searching for a pack? Because we cannot see all the packs in the featured (exclamation mark) icon, but we can in the store section, so check it out!

@GhostFreeek I double checked just now after your suggestion but it doesn't seem to appear in the store or exclamation point. I clicked the shopping bag next to the Coins and looked in the first tab where I saw the item originally, but it appears to be gone from the list.

I checked the other store tabs too just in case but had no luck. I've never seen an item removed before the countdown finished. I really appreciate your help! Thanks a bunch!
