Product: The Sims Mobile
Platform:Apple iPhone
List the specific devices you play with (e.g. iPhone 6s Plus, Samsung Galaxy S7) 7S
OS Version 15.0.1
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It’s just occurred today. I’m hoping to have it fixed before 9 am so I don’t miss out. Go to the Festival Menu, you will see no tasks, but I’ve only completed 4 out of 5 it says, so I can’t get the Bonus. But all the tasks are gone.
What do you expect to see? To be able to press the Bonus box and get the points.

I am unable to get the Bonus points from todays Daily Tasks because the box won’t activate even though I’ve completed all the tasks. Since I sometimes like to take a day off from the game, I need the points badly.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I am not sure as I believe it is account specific.
What do you expect to see? The button under the 5/5 tasks box to collect the reward.

I completed all 5 daily tasks for the new 'Eerie Autumn' even for the first time, and even though I've completed all 5 tasks, it says that I've only completed 4/5 and doesn't give me the option to collect the reward for full completion. The only other option is to buy a new task with simoleons. Screenshot attached. Please help to resolve this. Thank you.

Same here 2 days in a row , paying 1500 coin for extra tasks , triggers it to complete once you complete the extra task , I paid yesterday to see if it would work ,
my concern is how many days this is going to go on for , how much is it going to cost me ?

I'm guessing that it's due to Daily Affirmations not counting.
Also, if we spend Simoleans to temporarily get around the issue, is support going to keep giving us the runaround with hoping we give up before issuing comp?

- 4 years ago@Mrsalemp there’s at least two things you can do about that. One is to get an app that compresses the file, it’s really easy, or, I find if I use insert picture, the little mountain picture at the top of your input box, most pics go through. Sorry you’re having this issue. I am too. I hate not getting all my tasks done!😄

I am having this problem too and used the help tab in the game and the person that did the live chat was absolutely no help at all.

Me too. I’ve done 5 daily task but it appeared undone 4/5. It happened 3 times already and it felt so frustrating.

Can you guys please fix this sooner? Kind of ridiculous if you know there’s a bug and you make a new weekly task to complete the daily tasks….

It was likely all pushed in the same release vs manually adding something new daily - still sucks, though, especially since I'm still waiting to hear back on comp from over a week ago on a different issue.
It's probably safe to assume that none of the new tasks will count, as none of them have so far.

Hi, is there any update? The days are counting down and we aren't getting the points we would normally get if things were working. Will we be compensated?

This is day 3 of the new daily tasks that aren’t counting for me too. Yesterday I contacted EA and complained about this glitch and how I could not get my daily rewards and that if they could not fix it and compensate me for my lost rewards, that I wanted a refund of paying for the season festival pass because progress is going to be way too slow with this glitch. They basically told me there was nothing they could do and refused to refund me. They said that they can’t compensate lost rewards. So I guess that those of us that are having this issue can just keep our fingers crossed that they will resolve it soon. Them putting the season task of completing daily tasks seems like just a slap in the face after knowing that we are having this type of glitch!

EA’s response is irresponsible since players are using their REAL MONEY paying for something that they never received.
Anyone who purchased the Festival Pass SHOULD be compensated. jmho

So far seems like it happens every day. Meaning you can’t complete the season task ”complete all daily tasks 3 times” either.
Edit: there was an update on AppStore but it didn’t do anything to this bug..

@blinga For the task to count , it has to be completed after the latest update is installed.
