How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I am not sure as I believe it is account specific.
What do you expect to see? The button under the 5/5 tasks box to collect the reward.

I completed all 5 daily tasks for the new 'Eerie Autumn' even for the first time, and even though I've completed all 5 tasks, it says that I've only completed 4/5 and doesn't give me the option to collect the reward for full completion. The only other option is to buy a new task with simoleons. Screenshot attached. Please help to resolve this. Thank you.
Same here 2 days in a row , paying 1500 coin for extra tasks , triggers it to complete once you complete the extra task , I paid yesterday to see if it would work ,
my concern is how many days this is going to go on for , how much is it going to cost me ?

I have the same issue the third day in a row and it's getting annoying. That qay it will be very difficult to complete the festival season.
Will we get the missing tickets and rewards once the issue is fixed?

Having the same issue for the last 3 days. New affirmation tasks not counting to daily total. I'm paying for extra daily tasks, please can we get those simoleons back?
