Fireworks from year of the pig pack

Hello sir or madam, i want to know why  the fireworks I bought did not light up in the sky? even though my sims while turning on the fireworks (ignore community regulations choice), his eyes looked ...

Thank u very much sir . I think my 2nd option doesn't work well.. maybe I got bug or glitch.. my fireworks only work on 1st option.. i will wait for next update.. I hope they fixed it soon.
