This is happening to me too, it's still not fixed as of right now. It's goddamn frustrating since I need to attend parties right now.
@florethyst and @smoothPEACHES the cause of this issue was identified and fixed by the studio.
Is the issue you experience similar to this https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/Where-s-the-Network/m-p/10363740#M18791 ?
