The green plumbob rotates, but the game never loads. Then it asks me about my network connection, which is working just fine. Thoughts?

@mikeystafford same here in indonesia.. this game could not load and it shows "network unavailable", even my data cellular already on. and i tried several times to check the wifi, reinstall the game, and even restart the phone :'(

@c6hrqnl1aa5c You should start a ticket, mine started working. This is an old problem. I believe I was one of the first players to have this issue. I lost over a year of game play. Good luck
