[Fixed] CAS items missing after 25th of February update

Product: The Sims Mobile
Platform:Android Tablet
List the specific devices you play with (e.g. iPhone 6s Plus, Samsung Galaxy S7) Samsung Galaxy Tab S3
OS Version Android 8.1.0

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look into my game's CAS. Following items are rewards from events and are missing: Four masks, rewards from Halloween event Necklace, reward from Halloween event Leaf earings from Harvestfest I haven't gone through all my CAS so I will update this report in case I discover that other items are missing. Update: I have also lost the Halloween necklace. 2nd of March, added green Halloween mask. 4th of March, list is now complete with pictures.
What do you expect to see? All previously own items are available in CAS.

    Is marking this thread as fixed. If you still have items missing, please make a new post. It's really hard to tell for me what is and what isn't fixed from this thread.

    Still missing the Halloween necklace and leaf earrings. So this is not solved one bit. Neither the Halloween necklace or leaf earrings are back in our closet or in the anniversary deal. So when do I get those items back. I mainly want my leaf earrings I paid for and alot of us paid for. Missing both of these. I haven't retired her yet cause I can't put either one of those on my other Sims.

    Never had the leaf earings, but I got my necklace back and everything else.. Me so happy 🙂

    Unfortunately I don't even have the black box.... The quest was for the stylist career
