[Fixed] Certain time options not available Work/Hobby/Relationships

Product: The Sims Mobile

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Yesterday I realised one of my sim only have 2 options for Marine Biologist work (no long shift option). It's hard to complete Lammazoom task as I only have 2 playable sims. Another issue is it has been almost 3 months since Izzy and Emily appear at the laboratory. They just standing completely still. I didn't do any report because it didn't bother my sims but since their presence, I realised that my sims do not have a co-worker at the laboratory.
What do you expect to see? Having 3 options to choose for work, no Izzy and Emily at workplace and having co-worker at laboratory.

    Hey all, we’ve fixed an issue with the game servers that has caused this missing events or shifts issue. If you see this happen again, please let us know and it would help if you share your player ID and time this has happened to you.

    It may be possible that your game is still in a bad state from before our fix went live. If it is, please restart your game and collect any events that are ready to collect – you may have to do this a few times.

    And thank you for all your reports and your player IDs, this has helped our investigation into this issue.

    Time options are still not available today

    One sims: no standard or long term shift working (Dance)

    One sims: all time options not available on relationship (he is a new sims after I retired one)

    Have you tried what SimGuruMaaike suggested and restarting your game a couple of times?

    I only have a quick shift for my sim that is in my culinary career. My other sims have same issues for their jobs and relation ships. Happened around 9:15 HST. On 12/08/2018.  My player ID is: 1003444368358

    My sims only can work standard or quick shifts in their careers. This happened at 9:15 HST. On 12/08/2018. My player ID is: 1003444368358. I have tried leaving the game and coming back in and nothing changes.

    Sent an email with my user information and weeks later with the suggestions listed still having these issues. I’ve lost any chance at completing winter event that’s ongoing cause i can’t do the llamazoom tasks timely. Emailed on 11/28/18. Please help.

    Still having this issue with suggestions given. Missed my chances to finish the winter event since i can’t do the llamazoom tasks timely. Sent an email with all my info as requested on 11/28/18, still nothing. Very frustrated. Player ID: 1003023891031

    @jdbrawley could you try force closing the game when none of your Sims are in an event and starting it again. See if any finished events pop up, if so accept them and force close again. Do this until nothing pops up again.
