Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I bought everything in the farmhouse collection to unlock the good neighbor room divider and it is still locked and I have a headache filling out reports this is my second try Again
What do you expect to see? To be able to complete the farmhouse collection and get the good neighbor room divider

Additional feedback I have known about this bug for a long time. I filled out so many by reports already so here’s another one
You should be able to see that I have the items placed in my home.
@SalixCat @blakewills22 Try putting the items you own into storage and then place them back out on your home lot. I did that in my game and the game recognized them as being purchased. See if it works for you too. 😊

@blakewills22 Try doing it the way @SalixCat did...storing everything and then clearing the cache before putting everything back. ☺
I got it to pop up woo collection complete but the good neighbor divider is still locked 🔒
Thanks! It worked 😊 I put all the collection items into inventory, deleted cached files and put the items back again in the house.
I got a message saying the collection was completed and last item unlocked for purchase.
