[Fixed?] Energy Refill Item Points are not the same

Product: The Sims Mobile
Platform:Apple iPhone
List the specific devices you play with (e.g. iPhone 6s Plus, Samsung Galaxy S7) iPhone 7Plus
OS Version 11.4
Player ID: (Find your Player ID in Sims Mobile: https://help.ea.com/help/the-sims/the-sims-mobile/find-your-player-id-in-the-sims-mobile ) 9WKL49R
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use up all sims’ energy, then refill energy by clicking on plus icon on the sims to check how many energy points your sim will be getting, click on the item that will give you energy, then you will see how energy points you’ll be getting instead
What do you expect to see? The energy points should be same. All items that increase energy points are out of the storage and present in the room.

Additional feedback The bed shows 19+ points, but when I tap on the bed itself, it shows 10 points only. I put out all items that has energy points

    There was a post following the update.  This is a graphics problem only.  The energy boosts listed in the text are for the base item only but if you actually use the bath/bed/shower/toilet you will receive the correct energy boost.

    The bug is back. It is fixed for a while after the update. But it reappears again. I don't know if this is related to another bug I'm currently experiencing (check the Inconsistency in Internet Icon storage thread) but it is back for sure. At least in my game. Fortunately, like before (as @BlueWizardRob stated), it is a graphic problem only. I still have my extra energy boosts.

    Update: The bug is gone/fixed by now 🙂

    Bug is still here for me on my beds.  They’re only recharging 16 instead of 19.

    Have you placed all the energy supporting objects for the bed on your lot?

    It’s dropped down to 10 now!  I have the full honeymoon suite all in the one room, except for the lamp.  That was the same as i had before.  Is there something you can think of that i;ve missed?  Thank you @SimGuruMaaike

    Hi @SimGuruMaaike This is how my bedroom is now.  Everything that was in there before is in there still.  The energy has gone from 19 to 16 to 12 to 10 and now its back to 12.
