[Fixed] Game crashes when watching ads

This post is for the bug where the game crashes when you load ads.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Clicking on mailboxes for video ads, or when completing a task and the option for bonus rewards by watching an ad video
What do you expect to see? to watch the video for bonus materials, not the app closing.
